We are still unable to replicate the problem. Could you kindly try adding 'irqpoll' to the kernel boot line in grub and report to us about the results?

How can I add 'irqpoll'? When the installer start, I can only select "Install deepOfix" or "deepOfix rescue"... I don't have any Grub command line... I'm wrong??

sorry.... I have found the Grub command line with ESC key (it's better to add a note) ... which is the complete command line? I can't find the correct kernel image name...

Hi,
i have the same
Freeing unused kernel memory
problem since deepofix 3.4rc1 - which happens in 3.4rc2 too
My testing system differs from above- Intel Mac
- Mac OS X 10.6.1
- VMware Fusion 2.0.6
I've played with changing settings in the vmware-software - like changing HD-type et cetera. but without success.
Best Regards
florian

Note: Whenever you upgrade the kernel, do recompile busybox and libc.
