Ajaxterm isn't letting me log in and the dimensions of the iframe is unreasonable

Description

Trying to log in as "root" doesn't even ask me to enter a password and outright rejects me.
Trying "admin" and easypush's password doesn't work either.

Changing the screen size is trivial. However the problem of logging in is something I need to assign to you.

Revision r606 fixes the dimensions.
Revision r605 fixes the "unable to login as root" problem.
But, the "login:" doesn't show. One has to type the login name "root" and press enter; and then you one is asked to enter the password.

Assigned the bug to self and closed it. (This along with other ajaxterm + Easy push server manager should be closed now).
